I asked Sanjay what you do when you come home. His answer was
nothing specific. He is tired, so he relaxes and after dinner hit the bed.
After casual chat he wanted to know if there is any way out.
I refrained from giving advice. Instead knowing him well, asked him to do
something which he likes the most. And there you go, he became happy with the
thought of his favorite things. but complained too many things I like but no
time.
I do not want to push this matter to the wall and decided to
give him a hint / tip. Suggested him to buy flowers or sweets or chocolates daily
while returning home. After getting positive nod I requested him to meet me
after a week or two.
As decided we met after two weeks. He was eager to share story.
One soft and positive action changed the energy cycle. This time he was all
ears to listen and open for coaching session.
